We looked forward to you once as a
genuine Malayan Nationalist
helping to build a new Malayan nation but now have gone over to the
camp of the Communists who are more reactionary than revolutionary.
Don’t you agree with me, as an honest intellectual that the
dictatorship of the proletariat means nothing more than the
dictatatorship of the Communist Party, and how is it different from the
dictatorship of the Nazi Party? The “steel men” of the Communist Party
are none other than the “supermen” of Nietsche.
You used to say that the struggle for the survival of the fittest is
the law of the jungle and does not and should not apply to human
society. But by taking part in this violent struggle, you are upholding
the law of the beasts. You are, in fact sacrificing the prince in you
to the pauper.
The choice is clear. Stop your present actions which are against the
interests of Malaya and the Malayan people. Come back to the side of
the
true people of Malaya and contribute your share towards this country’s
progress.

25 of the underground "Freedom News" 1951 was in fact manufactured by
them. The issue called on Eu Chooi Yip amd Lim Kean Chye, two leaders
of
the Malayan Democratic Union the British sweep of 1951 failed to
capture, to give themselves up.
