Yeap Tho Seng, a self-taught artist, is highly regarded by Koay Soo Kau, the director of the Galeri Seni Mutiara, for "his sheer dedication, integrity and principle. His love of fish is beyond one's imagination."  Yeap Tho Seng was for 34 years an artist at the Penang Fisheries Research Institute. He held his first solo exhibition in 1999.  These pictures are from his exhibition in September 2007
